Just as Error1234 said on 12thNov, you can't seem to go past the initial card details part without it showing "an unexpected error occurred. Delight try again later on." My card details are likewise correct.
I've used this app for years to lodge claims and never had a problem. Concluding week this error started showing. I came dorsum to it today and yet appears! Hope you lot like getting trapped going around in circles with "assistance" lines. Couldnt log onto the app every bit every time I tried information technology said that my Medicare account was permanently locked. MyGov support says to recreate my account to fix this issue. I do that iii times in 2 days and eveytime I telephone call myGov they say telephone call Medicare. Medicare says phone call myGov and the best response I get (later on the last 50 minute phone call) is that the person on the phone is "baffled" and they propose I recreate my whole myGov account again fifty-fifty though I can access mygov and see that Medicare is successfully linked to it on a browser. Take this app down and don't make it available over again until the bugs are fixed.
